研究目的：

1）收集研究对象的生物样本进行检测； 2）探究TMX1作为妊娠期糖尿病的新型诊断标记物的诊断价值  

Objectives of Study：

1)Collect biological samples from the research subjects for testing. 2)Explore the diagnostic value of TMX1 as a novel diagnostic marker for gestational diabetes mellitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.自然受孕的单胎；
2.年龄18-45岁；
3.同意行 OGTT 试验；
4.在山大二院产检并分娩的孕妇；

Inclusion criteria

1.Singleton pregnancy conceived spontaneously;
2.Age 18–45 years;
3.Undergo OGTT during pregnancy;
4.Pregnant women who had prenatal check-ups and gave birth at the Second Hospital of Shandong University;

排除标准：

1.患有孕前糖尿病；
2.自我报告患有严重的内外科基础疾病；
3.拒绝行孕期OGTT检查；
4.孕期未行常规检查；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Suffering from diabetes before pregnancy;
2.Exclusion of severe internal and external medical conditions;
3.Refused to undergo the OGTT during pregnancy;
4.Did not undergo routine prenatal check-ups;
