研究目的：

1、对比射频微针联合水光针、射频微针治疗眼周皱纹的疗效； 2、对比射频微针联合水光针、射频微针治疗眼周皱纹的安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Compare the efficacy of radiofrequency microneedling combined with mesotherapy and radiofrequency microneedling in the treatment of periorbital wrinkles. 2. Compare the safety of radiofrequency microneedling combined with mesotherapy and radiofrequency microneedling in the treatment of periorbital wrinkles.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在35-65岁女性患者； 2.眼周皮肤出现静态皱纹，伴或不伴有老化、松弛、色素沉着过度的症状； 3.面部皮肤基本完整，无明显炎症、破溃、渗出等； 4.左右眼周皱纹严重程度和分布对称，至少一处眼周部位（眼外侧、眼下部、眼内侧）FWES评分Ⅰ-Ⅱ级。

Inclusion criteria

1.Female patients aged 35-65 years. 2.Patients have static wrinkles appearing on the periorbital skin, with or without symptoms of aging, laxity and hyperpigmentation. 3.Facial skin is essentially intact, with no significant inflammation, ulceration, or exudation. 4.The severity and distribution of periorbital wrinkles are symmetrical between the left and right eyes, with at least one periorbital area (lateral canthus, infraorbital region, or medial canthus) showing a grade I-II of Fitzpatrick Wrinkle and Elastosis Scale.

排除标准：

1.在入组前6个月内，进行过填充治疗或使用透明质酸相关的医学美容产品或进行眼周年轻化治疗（激光/射频/聚焦超声波等）； 2.在入组前3个月内，使用过口服类固醇、胶原蛋白、透明质酸和相关的美容产品或促进皮肤生长的补充剂。 3.有外伤性眼周病变、感染、严重眼部疾病或严重全身性疾病者。 4.瘢痕体质患者。 5.孕妇及哺乳期妇女。 6.正在参与其他临床试验研究者。 7.研究者认为不适合参加此研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.?Patients with a history of dermal filler treatments or hyaluronic acid-based aesthetic procedures, as well as those who have undergone periocular rejuvenation therapies (e.g., laser, radiofrequency, focused ultrasound) within 6 months prior to enrollment. 2.Patients with a history of oral steroids, collagen, hyaluronic acid, or related cosmetic product use, as well as those taking skin growth-promoting supplements within 3 months prior to enrollment. 3.Patients with traumatic periocular lesions, infections, severe ocular diseases, or severe systemic diseases. 4.Patients with keloid-prone constitution. 5.Patients who are pregnant or in the lactation period. 6.Patients who currently involved in other clinical trial studies. 7.Patients whom the investigator deems unsuitable for this study.

A computer-based randomization system was used to create random allocation cards, dividing the 18 participants' left and right sides of the face into two groups: the radiofrequency microneedling combined with mesotherapy group and the radiofrequency microneedling group.
