研究目的：

构建一种简便、实用的围术期呼吸系统不良事件风险预测模型，为全麻患儿围术期呼吸系统不良事件的预测提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

A simple and practical risk prediction model for perioperative respiratory adverse events was constructed to provide a reference for the prediction of perioperative respiratory adverse events in children with general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)ASA为I-III级； (2)年龄＜18岁； (3)拟行非心脏手术患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ASA is Class I-III; (2) Age< 18 years old; (3) Patients who are scheduled to undergo non-cardiac surgery.

排除标准：

(1)先天性心脏病； (2)已插管，或者进行气管切开； (3)术前SpO2 低于95%； (4)神经肌肉疾病，脑瘫，癫痫发作； (5)胸腔，上腹部或神经外科手术； (6)父母有严重听力或视力障碍，无法与医师有效交流； (7)不能理解量表内容、拒绝参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Congenital heart disease; (2) Intubated, or tracheostomy; (3) Preoperative SpO2 less than 95%; (4) Neuromuscular diseases, cerebral palsy, seizures; (5)Thoracic, epigastric or neurosurgical procedures; (6) Parents with severe hearing or vision impairment who are unable to communicate effectively with physicians; (7) Unable to understand the content of the scale and rejecting the participant.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据由采集人员收集，输入病例记录表，研究者在受试者完成每次随访后须及时将已获得的数据及时录入excel，同时还须定期核对近期录入的数据，以防错误录入的发生。
