主要目的是评价介入治疗在胰腺切除术后延迟出血中的治疗效果 次要目标是评价介入治疗在血流动力学不稳定条件下止血的治疗效果，以及评价介入治疗中血管内栓塞与支架置入短期和长期并发症  

Objectives of Study：

to evaluate the therapeutic effect of interventional therapy in delayed postpancreatectomy hemorrhage to evaluate the therapeutic effect of interventional therapy on hemostasis under hemodynamically unstable conditions to assess the complications of endovascular embolization and stent placement during interventional therapy

纳入标准：

接受胰腺切除手术 术后评估有延迟性出血

Inclusion criteria

pancreatectomy performed postpancreatectomy hemorrhage confirmed

排除标准：

临床资料不完整、缺失资料对数据分析有显著影响的病例

Exclusion criteria：

cases with incomplete or missing significant clinical data
