描述成人心脏外科术后患者PICS的发病现状 探究成人心脏外科术后患者发生PICS的危险因素及预后情况  

Objectives of Study：

Describe the current incidence status of Post-Intensive Care Syndrome (PICS) in adult patients after cardiac surgery. Explore the risk factors and prognosis of PICS in adult patients after cardiac surgery.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

[1] 年龄≥18岁；[2] 接受心脏外科手术（包括但不限于冠状动脉搭桥手术、心脏外科微创手术、心脏瓣膜修复或置换手术、主动脉夹层手术、房颤外科手术）且术后入住ICU；[3] 知情同意者

Inclusion criteria

[1] Aged 18 years or above; [2] Having received cardiac surgery (including but not limited to coronary artery bypass grafting, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, cardiac valve repair or replacement surgery, aortic dissection surgery, surgical treatment for atrial fibrillation) and admitted to the ICU after the operation; [3] Those who have provided informed consent

排除标准：

[1] 有严重精神和/或身体残疾的患者；[2] 由于沟通限制而无法完成调查的人；[3] 不愿意参加本研究者

Exclusion criteria：

[1] Patients with severe mental and/or physical disabilities; [2] Individuals unable to complete the survey due to communication limitations; [3] Those unwilling to participate in this study.
