研究目的:

本研究为一项随机、对照研究,旨在验证IFS作为调节抑郁情绪治疗工具的可行性、耐受性、安全性和治疗效果  

Objectives of Study:

a pilot, sham-controlled, single-blind clinical trial to prove the feasibility, tolerance, safety, and therapeutic efficacy of IF stimulation as a therapeutic tool for modulating depressed mood.

纳入标准:

1) 18-65岁,性别不限; 2) 能够在开始任何与研究相关的程序之前提供书面知情同意 ; 3) 筛查时患者BDI>10(轻度至重度抑郁); 4) 在筛查前4周内没有开始服用任何精神药物; 5) 能够坚持完成任务和干预; 6) 能够理解并遵守研究者判断的研究要求。

Inclusion criteria

1) 18-65 years old, regardless of gender; 2) The ability to provide written informed consent prior to the commencement of any research-related proceedings; 3) BDI>10(mild to severe depression) at the time of screening; 4) did not start taking any psychotropic drugs within 4 weeks prior to screening; 5) Able to stick to tasks and interventions; 6) Be able to understand and comply with research requirements as determined by the investigator.

排除标准:

排除标准-患者将被排除,如果他们: 1. 目前服用的药物可能会限制干扰电刺激的疗效 2. 有不可纠正的临床上显著的感觉障碍(例如,听力不够好,无法配合自然情绪任务) 3. 是否有研究者认为会对受试者完成研究或测量的能力产生不利影响的其他情况 4. 佩戴可防止电极接触头皮或干扰刺激的发型或头饰(例如,厚辫子、发辫、非洲式发髻、假发)。

Exclusion criteria:

Exclusion Criteria - Patients will be excluded if they: 1. currently take medications that potentially limit the IF efficacy 2. have a non-correctable clinically significant sensory impairment (i.e., cannot hear well enough to cooperate with naturalistic emotion task) 3. have any other condition that, in the opinion of the investigator(s), would adversely affect the subject's ability to complete the study or its measure 4. wear a hairstyle or headdress that prevents electrode contact with the scalp or would interfere with the stimulation (e.g., thick braids , hair weave, afro, wig)
