研究目的：

本研究旨在对比抗阻训练和二甲双胍两种不同的治疗手段在非肥胖型PCOS 患者中的治疗效果，探究抗阻训练作为非药物疗法在改善非肥胖 PCOS 患者高雄激素水平、IR 及内分泌异常等方面的可行性与优势。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to compare the therapeutic effects of resistance training and metformin in non-obese PCOS patients, and to explore the feasibility and advantages of resistance training as a non-pharmacological therapy for improving high androgen levels, insulin resistance, and endocrine abnormalities

纳入标准：

1.符合 2003 年美国与欧洲生殖协会在荷兰鹿特丹制订的 PCOS 诊断标准，该标准为下述 3 项中符合其中 2 项，同时排除其他引起排卵障碍和导致高雄激素的疾病：①稀发排卵甚至无排卵；②临床和/或高雄激素血症；③腔内超声可见卵巢发生多囊样改变（卵巢包含 2 - 9mm 的卵泡数目大于 12 个或单侧卵巢体积 ≥ 10ml）。 2. 非肥胖型 PCOS 标准：依据 2003 年《中国成人超重和肥胖预防控制指南》，要求 BMI < 25kg/m2。3. 药物治疗：入组前 3 个月未曾使用以下药物干预：二甲双胍、阿卡波糖、盐酸吡格列酮、口服避孕药、螺内酯。4. 年龄性别：18 - 35 岁（包含 18 和 35 周岁）女性。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for PCOS established by the American and European Reproductive Societies in Rotterdam, the Netherlands in 2003. Participants must satisfy at least two of the following three criteria while excluding other causes of ovulation disorders and hyperandrogenism: (1) chronic oligo- or anovulation (infrequent or absent ovulation); (2) clinical (hirsutism and acne) or biochemical hyperandrogenism (excessive levels of androgens); (3) polycystic changes of ovary seen by intravitreal ultrasonography (>=12 follicles measuring 2-9 mm in size or unilateral ovarian volume >=10 ml). 2. Non-obese: Body Mass Index (BMI) < 25 kg/m^2, according to the 2003 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Overweight and Obesity in Adults; 3. No use of the following pharmacological interventions in the 3 months prior to enrolment, including metformin, acarbose, pioglitazone hydrochloride, oral contraceptive pills, and spironolactone; 4. Age and sex: Females aged 18 - 35 years (inclusive).

排除标准：

1. 严重肝肾功能障碍，谷丙转氨酶大于正常上限的 2.5 倍，或血肌酐 >132umol/l，或肾小球滤过率 < 60 mL/min/1.73m2）、伴有严重感染、重度贫血、中性粒细胞减低症。2. 患有其他严重器质性心脏病，如先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、肥厚性或扩张性心肌病，心功能分级 ≥ Ⅲ级。3. 患有重症肌无力、皮肌炎、杜氏杜肌肉营养不良症等神经性、风湿性或遗传性肌病。4. 处于哺乳期或妊娠期。5. 3 月内参加过其它药物的临床试验。6. 有明确诊断的精神疾病病史。7. 存在进食障碍或厌食症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from severe hepatic or renal dysfunction with alanine aminotransferase (ALT) > 2.5 times the upper limit of normal, or creatinine (Cr) > 132 umol/l, or estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 60 mL/min/1.73m^2; 2. Other serious organic heart disease, such as congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, hypertrophic or dilated cardiomyopathy, with cardiac function classification (nyha heart function, NYHA) >= class III; 3. With myasthenia gravis, dermatomyositis, Duchenne muscular dystrophy, and other neurological, rheumatic, or hereditary myopathies; 4. Being breastfeeding or pregnant. 5. Participated in a clinical trial of another drug within 3 months. 6. History of clearly diagnosed mental illness. 7. Presence of an eating disorder or anorexia.
