Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the clinical effect and safety of PEEK cage and oblique cage in the early stage after posterior lumbar interbody fusion in the elderly

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准如下:1)年龄<60岁;2)存在腰痛、神经根病或神经源性跛行;3) MRI或CT表现为单水平椎间盘疾患。

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria were as follows: 1) age < 60; 2) low back pain, radiculopathy or neurogenic claudication; 3) MRI or CT manifestations of single level disc disease.

排除标准：

排除标准：1))腰椎手术史;2)脊柱滑脱、脊柱感染、肿瘤、脊柱畸形或其他腰椎疾病的存在。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1) history of lumbar surgery; 2) presence of spondylolisthesis, infection, tumor, deformity or other lumbar diseases.
