研究目的：

通过研究CRLM患者接受微波消融联合化疗、手术切除联合化疗、仅化疗后的治疗预后情况及相关影响因素，探讨三种治疗策略对CRLM患者局部复发率、无进展生存期、总生存期的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we will investigate the prognosis and related influencing factors of CRLM patients after receiving microwave ablation combined with chemotherapy, surgical resection combined with chemotherapy, and chemotherapy alone, in order to explore the effects of three treatment strategies on the local recurrence rate, progression-free survival and overall survival of CRLM patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄为18-85岁；
2.肿瘤原发灶经手术根治切除，病理证实为结直肠腺癌；
3.肝脏增强CT、增强MRI、CEUS、PET-CT中任意两项检查或肝脏病理证实存在肝转移；
4.肝转移灶最大直径≤5cm、数目≤5个；
5.无肝外脏器转移；
6.采用超声引导下微波消融/肝脏切除术治疗前肝转移灶无其他局部治疗病史；

Inclusion criteria

1.Ages ranging from 18 to 85 years old.
2.The primary tumor was surgically resected for radical cure, with pathological confirmation of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
3.Any two of the following medical examinations: enhanced CT of the liver, enhanced MRI, CEUS, PET-CT, or pathological confirmation of liver metastasis.
4.Maximum diameter of liver metastases ≤ 5cm, and number of metastases ≤ 5.
5.No extrahepatic metastases.
6.With no other local treatment history of the liver metastases before using ultrasound-guided microwave ablation or liver resection.

排除标准：

1.同时合并其他恶性肿瘤；
2.有严重的心、肺、肾功能障碍；
3.有严重的凝血障碍(即凝血酶原时间＞25s，凝血酶原活性＜40%，血小板计数＜50×109 /L)；
4.患者随访资料不完整；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Concurrently diagnosed with other malignant tumors.
2.Severe cardiac, pulmonary, or renal dysfunction.
3.Severe coagulation disorders ( prothrombin time > 25s, prothrombin activity < 40%, platelet count < 50×10^9/L).
4.Patient's follow-up data are incomplete.

化疗期间2-4个周期进行增强CT/MRI并进行疗效评估，评估方法参照实体瘤疗效评价标准（RECIST 1.1），出现新病灶或原靶病灶直径之和增加≥20%定义为进展（PD）。手术切除/微波消融联合化疗组术后复查CEUS或增强CT/MRI：原治疗区域局部或边缘呈现增强或肝内出现新病灶定义为进展。

During chemotherapy, enhanced CT/MRI should be performed every 2-4 cycles for efficacy evaluation, following the RECIST 1.1. Progression (PD) is defined as the appearance of new lesions or a sum of diameters of target lesions increasing by ≥20%.After surgical resection/microwave ablation combined with chemotherapy, CEUS or enhanced CT/MRI should be conducted:Progression is defined as the presence of enhancement within or at the edge of the original treatment area or the appearance of new lesions
