研究目的：

通过对 ICU护士死亡应对能力、死亡态度以及共情疲劳现状的全面评估，探索三者之间的相关关系，以期为提高ICU护士死亡应对能力的干预措施提供参考，为促进ICU临终关怀有效开展提供理论依据  

Objectives of Study：

Through a comprehensive assessment of the death coping ability, death attitude and compassion fatigue status of ICU nurses, this study explores the correlations among the three, with the aim of providing references for intervention measures to enhance the death coping ability of ICU nurses and theoretical basis for promoting the effective implementation of end-of-life care in ICU.

纳入标准：

1.ICU工作年限≥1年的护士； （2）获得中华人民共和国护士执业证书； （3）知情同意并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Nurses with at least one year of working experience in the ICU; 2. Nurses who have obtained the Nurse Practice Certificate of the People's Republic of China; 3. Nurses who have given informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

1.近1年来因怀孕或外出学习等原因休假时间≥3 月；

Exclusion criteria：

1.In the past year, the leave of absence due to pregnancy or studying abroad has been equal to or more than three months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

（1）研究者本人为调查实施者，资料收集前获得公认的量表/问卷，掌握量表/问卷的使用方法，熟练问卷一般资料设计及指导语。 （2） 采用便利抽样法，选取符合纳入排除标准的ICU护士进行调查。 （3）调查后及时回收并核查问卷，研究者需对调查数据进行逻辑的检查和缜密的整理，对不符合纳入排除标准、填写不完整、答案呈同一性、不符合逻辑、填写时间小于5min的问卷进行剔除； （4）双人录入数据并核对，确保数据录入的准确性； （5）咨询统计学专家，确保使用正确的统计学方法。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

(1) The researcher himself/herself is the implementer of the investigation. Before data collection, recognized scales/ questionnaires were obtained, and the usage methods of the scales/ questionnaires were mastered. The general data design and instructions of the questionnaires were proficiently handled. (2) By using the convenience sampling method, ICU nurses who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected for the investigation. (3) After the investigation, the questionnaires were promptly retrieved and verified. The researcher needed to conduct logical checks and meticulous organization of the investigation data. Questionnaires that did not meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, were incomplete in filling, had identical answers, were illogical, or had a filling time less than 5 minutes were excluded. (4) The data were entered and verified by two people to ensure the accuracy of data entry. (5) Consult with statistical experts to ensure the use of correct statistical methods.
