研究目的：

本项目以IM为指导框架，构建以专科护士为主导的多学科心理管理团队，依托省癌症中心、省肝癌诊治中心、省抗癌俱乐部及医院社工部等平台，给予患者从入院到出院需求导向下的同伴支持联合团体辅导，为患者提供全程、全面、全队、全人及全家的”五全”心理管理体系。结果显示项目实施后，肝癌患者心理痛苦程度由中重度下降至轻中度，生活质量得到明显提升。  

Objectives of Study：

This project, guided by the IM framework, constructs a multidisciplinary psychological management team led by specialized nurses, relying on platforms such as the Provincial Cancer Center, the Provincial Liver Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Center, the Provincial Anti-Cancer Club, and the Hospital Social Work Department, to provide patients with peer support and counseling based on their needs from admission to discharge, offering a "five-whole" psychological management system that covers the entire process, comprehensively, with the whole team the whole person, and the whole family. The results show that after the implementation of the project, the degree of psychological distress of liver cancer patients has decreased from moderate severe to mild to moderate, and their quality of life has been significantly improved.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、经病理或影像检查确诊为原发性肝癌的初诊患者；
2、年龄18-70岁；
3、意识清楚，能正常交流和阅读者；
4、知晓病情且自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1、Patients who were diagnosed with primary liver cancer by pathological or imaging examination for the first time;
2、Ages 18-70 years old;
3、With clear consciousness, who can communicate and read normally;
4、Know the condition and are willing to participate voluntarily.

排除标准：

1、危重症患者；
2、患有精神疾病或认知障碍，无法准确表达自身心理感受；
3、合并其他严重的躯体疾病，如严重心脑血管疾病、肾功能衰竭等；
4、近期（过去1个月内）接受过其他心理干预治疗；

Exclusion criteria：

1、Critically ill patients;
2、Patients with mental illness or cognitive impairment who are unable to accurately express their psychological feelings;
3、Patients with other severe diseases, such as severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, renal failure, etc.;
4、Patients who have received other psychological intervention treatment recently (within the past).
