1.本研究通过给予富氢水进行股骨颈骨折围手术干预,观察术后炎性指标变化程度以及认知功能评分改变幅度,探讨富氢水老年股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术后全身炎性反应和认知功能的影响以及可能机制。 2.比较不同的围手术期处理方式对老年股骨颈骨折患者全髋关节置换术后认知功能的影响。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. In this study, by giving hydrogen-rich water for perioperative intervention of femoral neck fracture, the degree of changes in postoperative inflammatory indicators and the range of changes in cognitive function score were observed, so as to explore the influence of systemic inflammatory response and cognitive function and the possible mechanism after total hip replacement for elderly femoral neck fracture with hydrogen-rich water. 2. To compare the effects of different perioperative management on cognitive function in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture after total hip replacement. |

纳入标准: |
(1)年龄大于70岁;(2)股骨颈骨折;(3)均行单侧髋关节置换术;(4)简易智力状态评分大于17分(5)美国麻醉学会( ASA) 分级: I~II级;(6)无感染疾病;(7)患者或家属共同签署同意书。 |

Inclusion criteria |
(1) age over 70 years old;(2) femoral neck fracture; (3) Unilateral hip replacement was performed in all patients. (4) A simple mental state score greater than 17 points (5) American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) grade I to II; (6) no infectious disease; (7) The patient or family members jointly sign the consent form. |

排除标准: |
(1)脑血管病史;(2)沟通障碍;(3)严重肝肾功能器质性病变(4)感染局部破溃,既往合并感染病史。POCD诊断标准:MMSE分数低于17分,或与基线值相比下降≥3分。MMSE评分:最高分是30分,得分≥25表示认知功能正常,19-24分轻度异常,10-18分中度异常,<9分为严重认知障碍。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
(1) cerebrovascular history; (2) Communication barriers; (3) Severe organic lesions of liver and kidney function (4) local ulceration of infection with previous history of infection. Diagnostic criteria for POCD: MMSE score less than 17 points, or >=3 points decrease from baseline value. MMSE score: The highest score is 30, with scores >=25 indicating normal cognitive function, 19-24 mild abnormalities, 10-18 moderate abnormalities, and <9 severe cognitive impairment. |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
Our data collection and management process consists of two main components: Case Record Form (CRF) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. 1. Case Record Form (CRF) Design: The CRF used in this study is based on a standardized template, with all variables and data points pre-defined according to the study protocol. Data Entry: Researchers manually record all patient information, medical records, and other relevant data onto paper CRFs. To ensure accuracy, all records must be checked by two researchers. Storage and Confidentiality: The paper CRFs are securely stored in locked file cabinets, accessible only to authorized research personnel. 2. Electronic Data Capture (EDC) System Platform Selection: We use the internet-based electronic data capture and management system ResMan (ResMan official site). Data Entry: Authorized research personnel transcribe the manually recorded data from the paper CRFs into the ResMan system. The system includes built-in logic checks to help identify and correct input errors. Data Management: Data Backup: The ResMan system performs regular data backups to ensure data security. Access Control: The system has strict access controls, allowing only authorized personnel to view and edit the data. Data Monitoring: The system provides real-time data monitoring and audit trail functionality, allowing us to track the entry and modification of each data point. Data Analysis Preparation: Once data entry is complete, the system automatically generates various data reports for statistical analysis purposes. Data extraction formats primarily include .csv and .xlsx. Data Quality Control To ensure data quality, we implemented the following measures: Training: All personnel involved in data collection and entry received rigorous training. Double-checking: All data entries are checked by two independent researchers before being entered into the system to ensure accuracy.
