研究目的：

将盐酸右美托咪定鼻喷雾剂作为术前用药与传统术前用药方案相对比，评估盐酸右美托咪定鼻喷雾剂用于冠脉搭桥手术术前镇静的安全性、有效性，评估盐酸右美托咪定鼻喷雾剂对冠脉搭桥围手术期神经认知障碍的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing dexmedetomidine hydrochloride nasal spray as a preoperative medication to traditional preoperative medication regimens, this study aims to evaluate the safety and efficacy of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride nasal spray for preoperative sedation in coronary artery bypass grafting surgery. Additionally, it assesses the impact of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride nasal spray on perioperative neurocognitive disorders associated with coronary artery bypass grafting.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.ASA Ⅱ-Ⅳ患者； 3.择期行非停跳冠脉搭桥术的患者； 4.心脏左室射血分数>=40%；

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged >=18 years; 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score was grade II-IV; 3. Patients undergoing elective off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting; 4.Left ventricular ejection fraction >=40%

排除标准：

1.拒绝参加本研究； 2.手术类型不符； 3.急诊手术； 4.肝肾功能不全( Child- Pugh C 级，术前接受肾脏替代治疗者)； 5.药物和酒精滥用史者； 6.全身麻醉药物过敏史者； 7.术前严重痴呆； 8.语言障碍无法交流； 9.精神疾病不能合作； 10.既往颅脑损伤或神经外科手术史的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refusal to participate in this study; 2. Inconsistent surgical type; 3. Emergency surgery; 4. Hepatic or renal insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade C, preoperative renal replacement therapy); 5. History of drug or alcohol abuse; 6. History of general anesthesia drug allergy; 7. Severe preoperative dementia; 8. Language barrier preventing communication; 9. Mental illness rendering cooperation impossible; 10. Patients with a history of prior traumatic brain injury or neurosurgery.
