研究目的：

1)招募生长发育期儿童，建立儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停伴错??畸形专病队列数据库。 2)从遗传家族史、上气道结构、牙颌面发育、口腔微生物菌群等方面研究OSA发病的危险因素。 3)探究不同治疗方法治疗OSA伴错??畸形患儿的复发率及其影响因素  

Objectives of Study：

1)Recruit children during their growth and development periods to establish a disease-specific cohort database of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea comorbid with malocclusion 2)Investigate risk factors for the development of OSA, considering aspects of genetic family history, upper airway structure, dentofacial development, and oral microbiome 3)Explore recurrence rates and influencing factors in children with OSA and malocclusion treated with various therapeutic approaches.

纳入标准：

? 5-13岁儿童； ? 错??畸形（牙列拥挤、牙列拥挤、颌骨发育不协调等）； ? 家长同意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

Children aged 5 to 13; Wrong Malformation (crowded teeth, crowded jaw, dyscoordinated jaw development, etc.); Parents agreed to participate in the research.

排除标准：

? 存在其他严重的全身性疾病； ? 近期进行过正畸治疗或颌面部相关手术； ? 其他影响颌面发育的全身综合征

Exclusion criteria：

There are other serious systemic diseases; Have undergone orthodontic treatment or maxillofacial related surgeries recently; Other systemic syndromes that affect maxillofacial development
