研究目的：

1）血浆ELABELA水平是否可以用于糖尿病心肌病的早期诊断； 2）明确糖尿病心肌病患者血浆ELABELA水平与IL-6水平有无相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1) Whether plasma ELABELA levels can be used for early diagnosis of diabetic cardiomyopathy; 2) To clarify whether there is any correlation between plasma ELABELA levels and IL-6 levels in patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）糖尿病确诊：结合《2024 ADA糖尿病医学诊疗标准》确诊为糖尿病患者； 2）舒张功能障碍诊断：结合《2023年欧洲心脏学会心力衰竭指南》，根据超声心动图诊断判断为舒张功能障碍； 3）糖尿病心肌病诊断标准：目前无相关诊断金标准，结合糖尿病心肌病定义及相关文献，主要以排除性诊断为主，即糖尿病患者有明确心功能不全证据，除外高血压、冠心病、心脏瓣膜病所致心功能不全； 4) 以上患者均满足年龄>18 周岁的成人，病历资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1) Confirmed diagnosis of diabetes mellitus: diagnosed as diabetic in conjunction with the 2024 ADA Standards for the Medical Management of Diabetes Mellitus; 2) Diagnosis of diastolic dysfunction: combined with the 2023 European Heart Association Heart Failure Guidelines, diastolic dysfunction was diagnosed according to echocardiography; 3) Diagnostic criteria for diabetic cardiomyopathy: there is no relevant diagnostic gold standard, combined with the definition of diabetic cardiomyopathy and related literature, mainly based on exclusionary diagnosis, i.e., diabetic patients with clear evidence of cardiac insufficiency, except for hypertension, coronary heart disease, cardiac insufficiency due to heart valve disease; 4) All of the above patients met the age >18 years old adults with complete medical records.

排除标准：

1.既往心肌梗塞证据、瓣膜或先天性心脏病患者； 2.其他合并有精神系统疾病、意识功能障碍的患者; 3.伴有严重的肝、肾功能不全的患者； 4.恶性肿瘤、自身免疫缺陷； 5.血液系统疾病； 6.拒绝本项研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with evidence of previous myocardial infarction, valves, or congenital heart disease; 2. Other patients with mental system diseases and consciousness dysfunction; 3. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4. Malignant tumors, autoimmune deficiencies; 5. Hematologic diseases; 6. Patients who refuse this study.
