研究目的：

本研究将聚焦据以下三个关键问题： 1.1 进展期 Siewert II/III 型 AEG 患者行 PG 手术，能否通过个体化的淋巴结 清扫策略，实现与TG相当的肿瘤学安全性和长期生存率？ 1.2 在 PG 和TG手术中，淋巴结清扫的范围和数量对进展期AEG患者的预 后有何影响？ 1.3“教科书式结局”在评价进展期AEG患者TG或PG手术效果中的适用 性和临床价值如何？  

Objectives of Study：

This study will focus on the following three key questions: 1.1 Individualized lymph nodes in patients with advanced Siewert type II/III AEG undergoing PG surgery Evacuation strategies to achieve oncology safety and long-term survival comparable to TG? 1.2 In PG and TG surgery, the extent and number of lymph node dissections are important for the prognosis of patients with advanced AEG What are the aftermaths? 1.3 The applicability of "textbook outcomes" in evaluating the effects of TG or PG surgery in patients with advanced AEG What is the sexual and clinical value?

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-80岁，性别不限。 2. 经病理证实为SiewertⅡ/Ⅲ型食管胃结合部腺癌。 3. 临床分期为进展期（cT2及以上，任何N，M0）。 4. 接受经腹入路PG或TG手术治疗。 5. 术前未接受新辅助治疗（若有接受新辅助治疗的患者，将在统计分析中进行亚组分析）。 6. 临床和随访资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-80 years old, gender is not limited. 2. Adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction of type II./III. confirmed by pathology. 3. The clinical stage is progressive (cT2 and above, any N, M0). 4. Undergo transabdominal PG or TG surgery. 5. Patients who did not receive neoadjuvant therapy before surgery (If there are patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy, subgroup analysis will be conducted in the statistical analysis.) 6. Complete clinical and follow-up data.

排除标准：

1. 合并其他恶性肿瘤的患者。 2. 术中发现无法切除或存在远处转移（M1）的患者。 3. 重要器官功能不全者（如心、肝、肾功能严重受损）。 4. 随访信息缺失或失访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other malignant tumors. 2. Patients who are found to be unresectable or have distant metastases (M1) during surgery. 3. Patients with dysfunction of vital organs (such as severe impairment of heart, liver and kidney function). 4. Patients with missing or lost follow-up information.
