研究目的：

本研究旨在从科室管理、护士认知和行为三个维度进行横断面调查，了解急诊在预防VAP方面的护理实践现状； 构建适用于急诊环境安全有效的预防VAP呼吸机集束化干预方案，树立早期预防意识，规范急诊医疗护理操作，将VAP的预防和治疗工作提前至急诊阶段；遵循习惯形成机制设计行为改变干预策略，以提升急诊护士对预防VAP集束化护理策略的依从性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a cross-sectional survey from three dimensions: department management, nurse cognition, and behavior, to understand the current nursing practice in the emergency department regarding VAP prevention. It seeks to develop a safe and effective bundle care-based ventilation intervention plan for the emergency environment. This will establish early prevention awareness and standardize emergency medical and nursing procedures, advancing VAP prevention and treatment to the emergency stage. By following the habit-formation mechanism, behavior-change intervention strategies will be designed. This is expected to enhance emergency nurses' compliance with the bundle care strategy for VAP prevention.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Habit-theory-based intervention strategies were implemented for nurses. 

纳入标准：

(1) 在急诊工作≥6个月的护士； (2) 日常工作中护理过机械通气患者的护士； (3) 对本研究知情并自愿参加者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Nurses who have worked in the emergency department for >= 6 months; (2) Nurses who have cared for mechanically ventilated patients in their routine work; (3) Nurses who are aware of this study and voluntarily participate in it.

排除标准：

(1) 因生病、工伤、孕产假等原因不在岗护士 (2) 实习、进修护士； (3) 因心理疾病或精神疾病正在服用精神类药物者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Nurses on leave due to illness, work - related injury, maternity/paternity leave, etc. (2) Nurses undergoing internship or visiting nurses; (3) Those taking psychiatric medications for psychological or mental illnesses.
