研究目的：

主要目的：旨在探索肝癌肝移植术后肿瘤复发转移的患者与无复发转移的患者的肠道菌群的差异，寻找相关治疗靶点。 次要目的：建立并完善肠道微生态与肝癌肝移植后的大数据库，并为后期干预纠正肠道菌群紊乱，更好的防治肝癌肝移植术后复发及转移提供新的思考方向。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: The primary aim is to explore the differences in gut microbiota between patients with tumor recurrence and metastasis after liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and those without recurrence or metastasis, in order to identify potential therapeutic targets. Secondary Objective: The secondary aim is to establish and improve a large database on gut microbiota and liver transplantation for HCC, providing new insights for future interventions to correct gut microbiota dysbiosis and better prevent and treat recurrence and metastasis after liver transplantation for HCC.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.复发患者：1、符合杭州标准的肝癌肝移植患者；2、术后半年以上、经病理证实的复发转移患者；3、未经抗肿瘤化疗、介入治疗、可以有预防性的靶向治疗；4、理解并签署知情同意书。 （2）未复发患者：1、术后2年以上，没有复发转移的；2、可能用过靶向治疗预防复发的也可入组；3、理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Recurrence Group: Patients who meet the Hangzhou criteria for liver transplantation for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC); Patients with pathologically confirmed recurrence and metastasis more than six months after surgery; Patients who have not undergone antitumor chemotherapy or interventional therapy but may have received preventive targeted therapy; Patients who understand and sign the informed consent form. 2.Non-Recurrence Group: Patients who have no recurrence or metastasis for more than two years after surgery; Patients who may have received targeted therapy for recurrence prevention are also eligible; Patients who understand and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.术后出现新发肿瘤；（2）曾患或现正并发其他恶性肿瘤者；（3）3个月内复发、死亡的肝癌肝移植患者；（4）目前肝肾功能异常的；（5）肝肾等多器官联合移植的患者；（6）有活动性肺结核感染；（7）人类免疫缺陷病毒阳性；（8）采样前1周有饮酒史以及食用益生菌或益生元，采样前1周行肠镜检测、肠道灌肠治疗，采样前1周接受过抗生素或中药治疗；（9）经研究者判断可能影响受试者安全或试验依从性的其他因素。

Exclusion criteria：

(1). Patients who develop new tumors after surgery.;(2) Patients with a history of or currently concurrent other malignant tumors;(3) Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) who experience recurrence or death within 3 months after liver transplantation; (4) Patients with abnormal liver or kidney function at present; (5) Patients who have undergone combined transplantation of multiple organs, such as the liver and kidney;(6) Patients with active tuberculosis infection; (7) Patients who are human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive;(8) Patients with a history of alcohol consumption, or consumption of probiotics or prebiotics within 1 week before sampling;patients who have undergone colonoscopy, intestinal enema treatment, or received antibiotic or traditional Chinese medicine treatment within 1 week before sampling; (9) Other factors that, in the judgment of the investigator, may affect the safety or compliance of the participant.
