研究目的：

基于养老机构老年人跌倒恐惧现状调查结果，结合文献研究法、小组讨论、专家咨询法构建并实施一套针对养老机构老年人跌倒恐惧的健康教育干预方案，最后评估其对跌倒恐惧及相关指标改善的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the investigation results of the current situation of fear of falls among the elderly in elderly care institutions, a set of health education intervention plans for fear of falls among the elderly in elderly care institutions was constructed and implemented by combining the methods of literature research, group discussion and expert consultation. Finally, the effect on the improvement of fear of falls and related indicators was evaluated.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=60岁； 2.经《修订版国际跌倒效能感量表》评估，存在跌倒恐惧； 3.语言及认知能力较好，能够正常沟通； 4.可独立行走或借助外力可行走者； 5.患者知情同意，均自愿参加。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=60 years old; 2. According to the revised International Fall Efficacy Scale, there is a fear of falling; 3. Good language and cognitive abilities, able to communicate normally; 4. Able to walk independently or with the help of external forces; 5. Patients give informed consent and voluntarily participate.

排除标准：

1.患有严重躯体疾病或精神疾病者； 2.生命体征不稳定者； 3.有严重的听力或视力障碍； 4.研究中途退出者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with serious physical or mental illnesses; 2. Individuals with unstable vital signs; 3. Have severe hearing or visual impairments; 4. Study participants who withdraw midway.

选取2家管理模式、经济条件、生活环境相似的养老机构，并用抽签法将其分成对照组养老机构和试验组养老机构，从中抽取符合纳排标准的老年人各40例分别作为对照组和试验组的研究对象，在2所养老机构分别实施干预，避免沾染。

Two elderly care institutions with similar management models, economic conditions and living environments were selected and divided into the control group elderly care institution and the experimental group elderly care institution by lottery. From them, 40 elderly people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly selected as the research objects of the control group and the experimental group respectively. Interventions were implemented in the two elderly care institutions respectively to avoid contamination.
