研究目的：

顺式阿曲库铵的作用机制及代谢特性有其独特优势，通过观察顺式阿曲库铵在神经电生理监测中的应用，探索其量效关系，为神经外科手术提供更精准的麻醉选择。  

Objectives of Study：

The mechanism of action and metabolic characteristics of cisatracurium provide unique advantages. By investigating the application of cisatracurium in neurophysiological monitoring and exploring its dose–effect relationship, more precise anesthetic options can be provided for neurosurgical procedures.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.行术中神经电生理监测的颅内占位性病变切除术病人;
2.年龄18～65岁，体重指数（BMI）22-35kg/m2;
3.美国麻醉医师协会(AmericanSociety of Anesthesiologists,ASA)Ⅰ～Ⅱ级;
4.术前心、肺、肝、肾功能无明显异常；
5.查体四肢未见明显运动障碍，感觉传导通路完整，无正中神经损伤，无神经肌肉兴奋传递异常。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients undergoing resection of intracranial space-occupying lesions with intraoperative somatosensory evoked potentials (SEP) and motor evoked potentials (MEP) monitoring; 2.Aged 18–65 years, with a body mass index (BMI) of 22–35 kg/m^2; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–II; 4.No significant preoperative abnormalities in cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal function; 5.No obvious motor deficits in the limbs on physical examination, intact sensory conduction pathways, no median nerve injury, and no abnormalities in neuromuscular transmission.

排除标准：

1.耳蜗、心脏起搏器植入、癫痫病史、颅骨缺损、监测局部存在感染病灶等有神经电生理监测禁忌者;
2.对顺式阿曲库铵或其成分过敏者；
3.有神经肌肉疾病病史或正在使用可能会影响神经监测的药物；
4.拒绝参加研究者;
5.妊娠期者；
6.可能存在困难气道者；
7.由于仪器干扰等非病人因素导致的电生理信号极不稳定者；
8.研究者判断不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with contraindications to neurophysiological monitoring, such as those with cochlear implants, cardiac pacemaker implants, a history of epilepsy, cranial bone defects, or infections at the monitoring site;
2.Patients with a known allergy to cisatracurium or any of its components;
3.Patients with a history of neuromuscular disease or those currently using medications that may interfere with neurophysiological monitoring;
4.Patients who refuse to participate in the study;
5.Pregnant women;
6.Patients who are likely to have a difficult airway;
7.Patients whose neurophysiological signals are extremely unstable due to non-patient factors such as equipment interference;
8.Other circumstances deemed by the investigator as unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
