研究目的：

1. 主要目的：减重手术患者术后口渴的发生率 2. 次要目的：减重手术患者术后中重度口渴的发生率；减重手术患者术后口渴的影响因素；减重手术患者术后中重度口渴的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: The incidence of postoperative thirst among patients undergoing weight loss surgery. Secondary Objectives: The incidence of moderate to severe postoperative thirst among weight loss surgery patients; factors influencing postoperative thirst in patients who have undergone weight loss surgery; and factors affecting moderate to severe postoperative thirst in these patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期全身麻醉下接受腹腔镜袖状胃切除术、年龄≥18岁、ASA2-3级、术后转入PACU；

Inclusion criteria

Patients aged 18 years and older, classified as ASA physical status 2-3, who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy under elective general anesthesia and were subsequently transferred to the PACU.

排除标准：

妊娠、术后Ramsey镇静评分>3、术后意识改变、精神及神经系统疾病、拒绝参与；

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnancy, a postoperative Ramsey sedation score greater than 3, postoperative consciousness alterations, psychiatric and neurological disorders, and refusal to participate.
