研究目的：

1. 探讨不同麻醉用药策略在新生儿手术中的可行性和安全性 2. 比较不同麻醉用药策略对新生儿术后近远期脑发育的干预效应  

Objectives of Study：

1.To explore the feasibility and safety of different anesthesia strategies in neonatal surgery 2.To comparing the effects of different anesthesia strategies on neonatal post operative near and long term brain development

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）在福建省儿童医院行手术的患儿。 （2）从脐带结扎到生后28天内（胎龄≥28周），性别不限，ASA分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级。 （3）可进行血流动力学有创监测。 （4）患儿监护人知情同意，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Children undergoing surgery in Fujian Children's Hospital. (2)From umbilical cord ligation to 28 days after birth (gestational age ≥28 weeks), gender is not limited, ASA grade II-III. (3)Invasive hemodynamic monitoring is possible. (4)The guardian gives informed consent and signs the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）术前有严重的神经系统并发症，如严重的脑室出血和脑室周围白质软化症。 （2）≤1000g的极低体重新生儿。 （3）遗传或染色体疾病，严重的心脏畸形（小型动脉导管未闭或卵圆孔未闭除外）或器官畸形。 （4）术后发生严重器官衰竭者。 （5）病历资料记录不完整、不合格。 （6）研究期间放弃治疗、中途转院。 （7）拒绝随访或失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) There were severe neurological complications before operation, such as severe intraventricular hemorrhage and periventricular leukomalacia. (2) Very low birth weight infants <=1000g; (3) Genetic or chromosomal diseases, major cardiac malformations (except small patent ductus arteriosus or patent foramen ovale), or organ malformations. (4) Severe organ failure after operation. (5) Incomplete and unqualified medical records. (6) Giving up treatment or transferring to another hospital during the study period. (7) Refusal to follow up or loss of follow-up.

由不参与研究的麻醉医生采用SPSS软件产生随机序列，并固定随机种子数，在区组内随机，将随机方案保存，以备重复本随机时使用。
