研究目的：

观察和探讨俯卧位通气对不同肺复张潜能的中重度ARDS患者血流动力学的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe and investigate the effect of prone ventilation on hemodynamics in patients with moderate-to-severe ARDS with different pulmonary reexpansion potentials.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1）年龄≥18岁且≤80岁； (2）单次俯卧位时间大于等于12小时的有创机械通气患者； (3）患者或其家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) patients aged >=18 and <=80 years; (2) patients with invasive mechanical ventilation in a single prone position for a period of time greater than or equal to 12 hours; (3) patients or their family members signing an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （2）严重休克短期无法有效纠正； （3）既往存在严重心功能不全或肺动脉高压； （4）各种原因导致的无法获得合格的心超图像； （5）俯卧位同时接受ECMO治疗； （6）不可复苏的临终状态或预计24h内死亡的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) pregnant or lactating women; (2) severe shock that could not be effectively corrected in the short term; (3) pre-existing severe cardiac insufficiency or pulmonary hypertension; (4) inability to obtain competent cardiac ultrasound images for various reasons; (5) concurrent ECMO therapy in the prone position; (6) patients with non-resuscitatable terminal status or expected to die within 24h.
