研究目的：

通过横断面调查及循证研究实践结果，构建科学可行的GDM孕妇电子健康素养干预方案；对GDM孕妇进行干预方案的实证研究，初步评价干预方案的有效性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

Through cross-sectional investigation and evidence-based research results, a scientific and feasible e-health literacy intervention program for pregnant women with GDM was constructed. The effectiveness and feasibility of the intervention program were evaluated through the empirical study of the intervention program for pregnant women with GDM.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥20周岁； 2.符合我国《妊娠期高血糖诊治指南》(2022年)推荐的GDM诊断标准且自然受孕的孕妇(24 ~28周)； 3.单胎妊娠； 4.熟练掌握智能手机操作。 5.具备良好的沟通技巧。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=20 years old; 2. Pregnant women (24-28 weeks) who meet the diagnostic criteria for GDM recommended in China's Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Hyperglycemia in Pregnancy (2022) and conceive naturally; 3. single pregnancy; 4. Good command of smart phone operation. 5. Good communication skills.

排除标准：

1.由于听力、视力等原因无法完成问卷者； 2.伴有精神心理或其他严重躯体疾病者。 3.不考虑在该医院长期围产保健或分娩的GDM孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to complete the questionnaire due to hearing, vision and other reasons; 2. Accompanied by mental or other serious physical diseases. 3. Pregnant women with GDM who had long-term perinatal care or delivery in the hospital were not considered.
