研究目的：

MYLIFE试验旨在评估两种干预措施在降低在职成年人MetS风险方面的有效性：一种是基于智能手机的生活方式干预，另一种是结合可穿戴设备的基于智能手机的生活方式干预，用于MetS个体的强化干预。次要目标是比较这两种干预措施的相对有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

The MYLIFE trial aims to evaluate the effectiveness of two interventions in reducing MetS risk among employed adults: a smartphone-based lifestyle intervention, and a combined smartphone-based lifestyle intervention with wearable devices for MetS individuals’ intensive intervention. The secondary aim is to compare the relative effectiveness of the two interventions.

纳入标准：

纳排标准： 1、工作场所纳入标准 （1）这些工作场所的负责人符合并同意本研究方案； （2）这些工作场所之间的距离至少为1公里，以尽量减少交叉污染的风险。 2、参与者纳入标准 （1）年龄在18至60岁之间，从事全职工作； （2）在CCWA中至少完成了一轮调查； （3）能够通过智能手机接入互联网，并且如果符合条件，愿意使用可穿戴设备； （4）在CCWA之前的调查中，至少有一种不健康的生活方式行为，包括吸烟、饮酒、体力活动水平低、不健康饮食或体型不佳（超重或肥胖）。

Inclusion criteria

Workplaces Inclusion criteria ? Directors of these workplaces conforms to and agrees with this study protocol; ? A separation distance of at least one km between each of these workplaces to minimize the risk of contamination. Participants Inclusion criteria ? Being 18-60 years old, and engaged in full-time work; ? Having received at least one wave surveys in CCWA; ? Having access to the internet via a smartphone, and being willing to use a wearable device if eligible; ? Having engaged in at least one unhealthy lifestyle behavior, including smoking, alcohol consumption, low level of physical activity, unhealthy diet, or poor body shape (overweight or obesity) in the prior survey in CCWA;

排除标准：

排除标准 1、工作场所排除标准 （1）参与任何其他类似的健康生活方式促进干预。 2、参与者排除标准 （1）根据病历记录，有重大精神疾病（如精神分裂症和双相情感障碍）、心血管疾病以及严重的认知和听力障碍病史； （2）过去一年内接受过任何重大手术（如心脏移植）； （3）正在接受癌症治疗； （4）怀孕。

Having a history of major psychiatric illnesses (e.g., schizophrenia and bipolar disorder), cardiovascular diseases, and severe cognitive and hearing impairment according to their medical records; ? Having any major surgery (e.g., heart transplantation) in the past year; ? Receiving cancer treatment; ? Being pregnant;

Intervention：

In the intensive mHealth group, all participants will be invited to join a DingTalk group, in which health education messages will be disseminated. Participants with MetS will be provided with a smart watch , and will be trained for the charging and usage of the smart watch. Six healthcare professionals (three general practitioners and three health management professionals) will be responsible for delivering interventions, including development and delivery of online health education materials, distribution of wearable devices and providing personalized health guidance, as well as one-on-one phone communication.
