研究目的：

明确糖尿病患者嗅觉功能障碍与糖尿病周围神经病变之间的相关性，并评估嗅觉功能障碍作为早期预测糖尿病周围神经病变的潜力。  

Objectives of Study：

Clarify the correlation between olfactory dysfunction in diabetic patients and Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy, and assess the potential of olfactory dysfunction as an early predictor of DPN.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）病程＞5年的1型或2型糖尿病患者；2）年龄>=18岁。

Inclusion criteria

1)Patients with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes mellitus with a disease duration of more than 5 years; 2) Individuals aged 18 years or older.

排除标准：

1）存在严重精神疾病或语言障碍；2）患有恶性肿瘤；3）妊娠或哺乳期女性；4）疑似活动性感染者（如活动性肺结核、肺炎等）；5）严重肝肾功能不全（谷丙转氨酶和（或）谷草转氨酶>正常上限3倍；估算的肾小球滤过率<15 mL/min/1.73 m^2）；6）既往有明确的主要不良心血管事件；7）未控制的甲状腺功能亢进或甲状腺功能减退、垂体肾上腺功能异常等其他内分泌疾病；8）酗酒或药物成瘾。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Presence of severe mental illness or language barriers; 2) Patients with malignant tumors; 3) Pregnant or lactating women; 4) Suspected active infections (such as active tuberculosis, pneumonia, etc.); 5) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (alanine aminotransferase and/or aspartate aminotransferase > three times the upper limit of normal; estimated glomerular filtration rate <15 mL/min/1.73 m^2); 6) History of definite major adverse cardiovascular events; 7) Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism, pituitary-adrenal dysfunction, or other endocrine disorders; 8) Alcohol abuse or drug addiction.
