通过随机对照临床试验,比较导航机器人和静态导板引导全牙弓种植的精度,并比较两种方法的临床结果,和临床效率。  

Objectives of Study:

To compare the accuracy of implant placement, clinical outcome, clinical efficiency in full arch implant surgery and rehabilitation between surgery procedure using robotic-CAIS and static-CAIS.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

a.年龄30-80 岁 b. 全口或单颌牙列缺失大于6 个月,要求种植修复 c. 颌位关系基本正常 d. 了解试验的内容、过程和要求,愿意参加试验并知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1.30-80 years old; 2.Edentulism in single/ both arches, willing to receive implant treatment; 3.Normal jaw relationship; 4.Understanding the content, procedure, and requirement of the study, and choose to participate with informed consent.

排除标准:

急慢性颞下颌关节紊乱,口颌面化疗史,黏膜慢性炎症、增生等或其他将实验过程复杂化的口腔病理状态, 口腔局部或全身情况不适宜种植修;

Exclusion criteria:

Acute or Chronic TMD, Local or systemic contraindication for implant therapy (i.e., uncontrolled diabetes, hemophilia, metabolic bone disorder, history of renal failure, radiation treatment to the head or neck region, and current chemotherapy etc.).

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

通过应用 CRF 表记录收集数据,每个全口种植颌位应用一个独立的文件夹进行 CRF 表的储存。每位患者完成一次就诊后,及时将信息录入临床试验数据管理系统。研究者采用双人双机的方式,及时、准确地将数据进行整理记录,进行检验核对,并保存原数据以备随时查考。原始数据在按要求完成数据录入和核查后,按编号的顺序归档保存,并填有检索目录等,以备查考。电子数据文件句括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等,分类保存,并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上,妥善保存防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data collection through the use of CRF forms, with each full edentulous arch having a separate folder for storing CRF forms. After each patient's visit, the information should be promptly entered into the clinical trial data management system. Researchers should use a dual-person, dual-machine approach to promptly and accurately organize and record the data, conduct inspections and verifications, and save the original data for easy reference. Once the data entry and verification are completed as required, the original data should be archived and saved in sequence according to the assigned numbers, with a retrieval directory for easy reference. Electronic data files, including databases, inspection procedures, analysis procedures, analysis results, codebooks, and explanatory files, should be classified and stored with multiple backups on different disks or recording media to prevent damage.
