研究目的：

研究目的 1）探索不同使用剂量、疗程下磷霉素氨丁三醇散在实际临床诊疗中防治不同类型泌尿系统感染的安全性和有效性； 2）探索磷霉素氨丁三醇散真实世界中使用人群特征，及不同人群的有效性和安全性； 3）探索磷霉素氨丁三醇散不良反应的易发因素及易发人群特征。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To explore the safety and effectiveness of fosfomycin tromethamine disperse in the actual clinical diagnosis and treatment of different types of urinary tract infections under different doses and courses of treatment; 2) Explore the characteristics of the population of fosfetine used in the real world, and the effectiveness and safety of different populations; 3) To explore the prone factors of the adverse reactions of fosfomycin triammine triads and the characteristics of the susceptible population.
