本研究的目的在于探索声音克隆技术在医学健康教育中的应用,比较外科医生声音克隆和患者自体声音克隆在宣教中的的不同作用,应用ChatGPT评估教育效果。  

Objectives of Study:

Explore the application effect of voice cloning technology in medical education, compare the effect differences between attending physician voice cloning and patient's own voice cloning in medical education, and apply ChatGPT to evaluate the education effect.

纳入标准:

纳入标准:(1)年龄18岁以上;(2)有明确诊断,需要接受医疗健康宣教(3)意识清醒,能够理解和配合本研究;(4)自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

patients hospitalized in a tertiary hospital from January 2024 to June 2024 who needed to receive medical education. Inclusion criteria(1) age >=18 years, gender not limited; (2) clear diagnosis, patients who need to receive medical education; (3) clear consciousness, able to understand and cooperate with the study; (4) voluntarily participate in this study .

排除标准:

(1)有严重的听力损伤,不能接受声音宣教;(2)有严重的认知障碍,不能理解健康教育内容;(3)住院时间小于3天;(4)以前参加过类似研究.

Exclusion criteria:

(1) severe hearing impairment, unable to normally receive voice education; (2) severe cognitive impairment, unable to understand education content; (3) expected hospitalization time <3 days; (4) previously participated in similar studies.

本研究使用随机对照试验设计(RCT),使用计算机生成的随机数字表法结合区组随机方法进行分组。每个区组内按照1:1:1比例分配受试者至三组,以保证各组样本量平衡。
