研究目的：

本研究旨在评价一种新型改良收缩臂治疗经腋窝内镜甲状腺手术在减少手术并发症方面的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a novel modified retracting arm for trans-axillary endoscopic thyroid surgery in minimizing surgery complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)术前超声提示单侧直径小于1 cm的甲状腺结节； (2)细针穿刺活检确认甲状腺微癌； (3)有完整的临床资料。

Inclusion criteria

(1) preoperative ultrasound indicating unilateral thyroid nodules with a diameter of less than 1 cm; (2) fine-needle aspiration biopsy confirming thyroid microcarcinoma; (3) availability of complete clinical data

排除标准：

（1）排除影像学疑似微灶癌而术中冷冻切片结果为良性结节患者； （2）排除过往有颈部手术史者； （3）肿瘤直径>1cm； （4）远处有淋巴结转移者； （5）肝肾功能疾病者； （6）自愿退出本次研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Exclude patients with suspected imaging microfocal cancer and the results of intraoperative cryosections were benign nodules; (2) Exclude those with past history of neck surgery; (3) tumor diameter >1cm; (4) lymph node metastasis in the distance; (5) liver and kidney function diseases; (6) voluntarily withdrew from this investigator.
