总结基于tNGS诊断的鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎的临床特征及影像学特点，提高临床对鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎的认识。  

Objectives of Study：

To summarize the clinical features and imaging characteristics of psittacosis pneumonia diagnosed based on tNGS, and to improve the clinical recognition of psittacosis pneumonia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2016年《成人社区获得性肺炎基层诊断指南》和《鹦鹉热诊疗中国专家共识》诊断标准； ②结合肺部CT等影像学检查、tNGS检测等手段并结合临床确诊为鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Met the diagnostic criteria of the 2016 Diagnostic Guidance for Primary Care Physicians in the Management of Community-acquired Pneumonia in Adults and the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of psittacosis; 2. Those who were diagnosed with psittacosis pneumonia based on the combination of imaging examinations such as chest CT, tNGS detection, and other means combined with clinical manifestations.

排除标准：

①仅门诊初步考虑诊断为鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎并行经验性治疗并未收治入院者； ②病史资料不全、诊疗不规范或中途放弃治疗者； ③因个人原因不同意被纳入本研究者。 ④合并其他呼吸系统疾病，如慢性阻塞性肺病、支气管扩张症及其他肺部原发性疾病者； ⑤合并有严重心脑血管、肝、肾及造血系统等疾病者； ⑥免疫缺陷，如恶性肿瘤、艾滋病病毒感染或近3个月服用免疫抑制剂者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Only outpatients who were initially considered to have psittacosis pneumonia and were treated empirically without hospital admission; 2. patients with incomplete history data, non-standard diagnosis and treatment, or those who gave up treatment in the middle; 3. Individuals who refused to be included in this research for personal reasons. 4. Patients with other respiratory diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis and other primary pulmonary diseases; 5. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases; 6. Immune deficiency, such as malignant tumors, HIV infection or those who took immunosuppressants in the past 3 months;
