Objectives of Study：

Explore the relationship between postoperative delirium and intestinal flora in patients undergoing small incision coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄大于60周岁、拟行非体外循环下微创冠脉旁路移植的手术患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients over 60 years old who are scheduled to undergo minimally invasive coronary artery bypass grafting without cardiopulmonary bypass surgery.

排除标准：

（1）帕金森病、痴呆（包括帕金森病导致的痴呆、阿尔茨海默病和路易体痴呆）或精神疾病患者； （2）在过去6个月内中风或其他中枢神经系统疾病； （3）术前谵妄； （4）严重视听障碍、语言障碍和/或沟通困难导致无法沟通者； （5）酒精依赖及药物成瘾者； （6）意外出院或拒绝参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with Parkinson's disease, dementia (including dementia caused by Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease and Lewy body dementia), or mental disorders; (2) Those who have suffered a stroke or other central nervous system diseases within the past 6 months; (3) Patients with preoperative delirium; (4) Those with severe hearing or visual impairments, language disorders and/or communication difficulties that prevent communication; (5) Alcohol-dependent and drug-addicted individuals; (6) Patients who were discharged unexpectedly or refused to participate in the study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时载入病例报告表，采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比较。电子数据文件有多个备份，保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，防止丢失。

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers loaded the data into the case report form in time, and used the corresponding database system, two-person and two-machine input, and then compared the database twice.
