研究NLR与带状疱疹痛转化的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the relationship between NLR and pain transformation of herpes zoster.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合 《带状疱疹中国专家共识》带状疱疹诊断标准； 2.入院时处于急性期，发病时间≤ 7 d； 3.年龄> 18 岁，性别不限。

Inclusion criteria

1. Conform to the diagnostic criteria of herpes zoster in China Expert Consensus on Herpes Zoster; 2. The patients were in acute stage when they were admitted to hospital, and the onset time was <= 7 days; 3. Age > 18 years old, regardless of gender.

排除标准：

1.长期使用糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、免疫增强剂等药物； 2.伴有精神性疾病、认知功能障碍； 3.伴有严重免疫缺陷、传染性疾病、血液系统疾病等恶性肿瘤等疾病； 4.近期有急性感染； 5.妊娠、哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Long-term use of glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, immunopotentiators and other drugs; 2. Accompanied with mental disease and cognitive dysfunction; 3. Accompanied by severe immune deficiency, infectious diseases, hematological diseases and other malignant tumors; 4. Acute infection recently; 5. Pregnant and lactating women.
