研究目的：

基于京都胃炎分类，对内窥镜下诊断为CAG的内镜特征进行识别，并与其病理活检结果进行比较，研究CAG患者内镜特征与病理的一致性，初步阐述二者不一致的原因，并评估人工智能使用内镜和病理图片预测CAG的诊断准确性，为提高检查者对该病的检出率提供帮助，同时探索一种病理与内镜联合的内镜医生学习模式  

Objectives of Study：

Ased on the Kyoto Classification of Gastritis, this study identifies the endoscopic features diagnosed as Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (CAG) and compares them with the corresponding histopathological biopsy results. The research aims to investigate the consistency between endoscopic features and pathological findings in CAG patients, initially elaborating on the reasons for their discrepancies. Additionally, the study evaluates the accuracy of artificial intelligence in predicting CAG diagnosis using endoscopic and pathological images, aiming to improve the detection rate of this condition among examiners. Furthermore, it explores a combined learning model for endoscopic physicians that integrates pathology with endoscopy.

纳入标准：

1.指定医院行胃镜检查者；
2.书面同意参加本项研究；
3.胃镜报告结果清晰完整；
4.幽门螺杆菌感染情况明确；

Inclusion criteria

1.Individuals undergoing gastroscopy at designated hospitals;
2.Written consent for participation in this study;
3.Clear and complete gastroscopy report results;
4.Clear status of Helicobacter pylori infection;

排除标准：

1.严重脑、肝、心肺功能障碍；
2.需要透析的终末期肾病；
3.精神分裂症或其他妨碍患者合作的精神疾病；
4.妊娠；
5.幽门梗阻；
6.准备不充分的患者（过多的食物残渣干扰内窥镜检查）；
7.研究开始前四周使用抗生素或质子泵抑制剂（PPI）治疗；
8.既往诊断为早期或晚期胃癌；
9.胃切除术后；
10.出血倾向；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Severe brain, liver, heart, and lung dysfunction;
2.End-stage renal disease requiring dialysis;
3.Schizophrenia or other mental illnesses that hinder patient cooperation;
4.Pregnancy;
5.Pyloric obstruction;
6.Inadequately prepared patients (excessive food residue interfering with endoscopy);
7.Antibiotics or proton-pump inhibitors (PPI) were used for 4 weeks before study initiation;
8.Previous diagnosis was early or advanced gastric cancer;
9.After gastrectomy;
10.Tendency to bleed;

Gastroduodenoscopy combined with pathological biopsy is used as the gold standard for the diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis.
