研究目的：

本研究拟纳入上海市第一人民医院2012年至2023年慢性肾脏病患者中超声考虑诊断甲状腺癌进行回顾性研究观察在不同病理的甲状腺癌是否使得慢性肾脏病进展和加剧的相关危险因素。人口统计、临床和实验室数据均从医院电子记录中收集。 通过单变量和多变量逻辑回归分析估计优势比 (OR) 和 95% 置信区间 (CI)，以确定甲状腺癌的危险因素。 观察不同病理的甲状腺癌是否是慢性肾脏病进展的相关危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to retrospectively investigate whether ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid cancer in patients with chronic kidney disease at the First People's Hospital of Shanghai from 2012 to 2023 is a risk factor for the progression and exacerbation of chronic kidney disease in different pathological thyroid cancers. Demographic, clinical, and laboratory data are collected from hospital electronic records. Estimate odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) through univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis to identify risk factors for thyroid cancer. Observe whether thyroid cancer with different pathologies is a risk factor for the progression of chronic kidney disease.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 ≥18岁； 2.超声考虑诊断甲状腺癌，且行甲状腺结节细针穿刺活检，标准根据美国甲状腺协会的管理指南制定 ; 3.慢性肾脏病的定义为使用 CKD-EPI方程估算的肾小球滤过率 (eGFR) ＜60 mL/min/1.73 m^2至 ≥15 mL/min/1.73m^2或存在白蛋白尿（随机尿白蛋白与肌酐比值 [ACR]≥30 mg/g），CKD 分期是根据KDIGO 指南基于。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years ; 2. ultrasound is considered to diagnose thyroid cancer, and fine needle aspiration biopsy of thyroid nodules is performed. The criteria are based on the management guidelines of the American Thyroid Association. 3. Chronic kidney disease is defined as estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) using the CKD-EPI equation <60 mL/min/1.73 m^2 to >=15 mL/min/1.73 m^2 or the presence of albuminuria (random urine albumin to creatinine ratio [ACR] >=30 mg/g). CKD staging is based on the KDIGO guidelines.

排除标准：

1.(eGFR) ＜15 mL/min/1.73 m^2，且进入肾脏替代治疗排除； 2.患有其他恶性肿瘤相关肾病的患者被排除在外。 3.数据不全：包括数据质量不高、数据缺失严重的病例，由主要研究者、数据管理员和统计专家共同讨论后做出决定。

Exclusion criteria：

1. (eGFR) <15 mL/min/1.73 m^2 and entering renal replacement therapy are excluded; 2. Patients with other malignant tumor-related kidney diseases are excluded. 3. Incomplete data: including cases with low data quality and serious data missing, the decision is made by the principal investigator, data manager and statistical expert after discussion.
