研究目的：

在后续研究工作中，项目组将围绕宫腔镜液体收集工作开展研究，不断优化并完善管理工具，有效地提高宫腔镜灌流液收集。解决宫腔镜灌流液出量收集困难的难点问题，从而缩短手术室工勤人员整理手术间的平均时间、降低无菌巾污染率、提高灌流液收集率、提高手术人员满意度。明确该产品在临床应用中的价值后，项目组将该用具在区域内甚至他科手术如经尿道前列腺电切术、经尿道膀胱电切术中进行推广应用，产生显著的社会效益。  

Objectives of Study：

In the subsequent research work, the project team will focus on the collection of hysteroscopic fluid, continuously optimize and improve management tools, and effectively improve the collection of hysteroscopic perfusion fluid. To solve the difficult problem of collecting the volume of hysteroscopic irrigation fluid, in order to shorten the average time for operating room staff to tidy up the operating room, reduce the contamination rate of sterile towels, improve the collection rate of irrigation fluid, and increase the satisfaction of surgical personnel. After clarifying the value of this product in clinical applications, the project team will promote the use of this tool in regional and even other surgical procedures such as transurethral resection of the prostate and transurethral resection of the bladder, generating significant social benefits.

纳入标准：

在项目研究期间入院行宫腔镜手术患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients admitted for hysteroscopy surgery during the project research period

排除标准：

1.患有严重心、脑、肾等器质性病变的患者； 2.宫腔镜手术过程中临时改变手术方式的患者； 3.术前预计手术所需灌流液使用<=1000ml的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe heart, brain, kidney and other organic lesions; 2. Patients who temporarily change the surgical method during hysteroscopic surgery; 3. Patients who are expected to use <=1000ml of perfusion solution required for surgery before surgery.
