研究目的：

本研究拟探讨比较胸交感神经射频热凝术在两个不同靶点治疗严重PPHH的疗效、不良事件、生活质量和患者满意度，以确定更准确的射频治疗靶点。研究者采用胸交感神经微创介入技术对原发性手掌多汗症已有多年丰富治疗经验。确定胸交感神经射频热凝更优的治疗靶点，将对制定胸交感神经介入技术治疗原发性手掌多汗症合理科学的临床路径提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the efficacy, adverse events, quality of life and patient satisfaction of thoracic sympathetic radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of severe PPHH at two different targets in order to determine a more accurate radiofrequency treatment target. Researchers have had many years of experience in treating primary palmhyperhidrosis with minimally invasive thoracic sympathetic nerve intervention. The identification of better therapeutic targets of radiofofency thermocoagulation of thoracic sympathetic nerve will provide a basis for the formulation of reasonable and scientific clinical pathways for the treatment of primary palmhyperhidrosis with thoracic sympathetic nerve intervention.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.≥18周岁； 2.于本研究中心就诊且诊断为为原发性手掌多汗症的患者； 3.自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Patients admitted to the study center and diagnosed with primary palmhyperhidrosis; 3. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.有慢性疼痛和精神疾病史； 2.术前随访期间的血管介入手术； 3.严重肝肾功能不全，心肺功能差； 4.全身或胸背部感染； 5.长期口服抗血小板或抗凝药物引起的血小板功能异常或凝血功能障碍； 6.植入心脏起搏器； 7.弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、未成年人、孕妇、文盲等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of chronic pain and mental illness; 2. Vascular interventional surgery during preoperative follow-up; 3. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, poor cardiopulmonary function; 4. Infection of the whole body or chest and back; 5. Abnormal platelet function or coagulation dysfunction caused by long-term oral antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs; 6. Implantation of a pacemaker; 7. Vulnerable groups, including mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiterates, etc.
