研究目的：

1、描述早产儿喂养不耐受的发生现状和临床表现特征； 2、探讨早产儿喂养不耐受的影响因素； 3、构建早产儿喂养不耐受的风险预测模型并验证。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Describe the occurrence status and clinical manifestations of feeding intolerance in premature infants; 2. To explore the influencing factors of feeding intolerance in premature infants; 3. Construct and verify the risk prediction model of feeding intolerance in premature infants.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.新生儿胎龄小于37周；
2.出生后24h内进入NICU治疗；

Inclusion criteria

1.The gestational age of the newborn is less than 37 weeks;
2.Admission to NICU within 24h after birth;

排除标准：

1.患先天性消化道畸形、先天性遗传代谢性疾病者；
2.出生后24h内死亡；
3.正在参加临床干预性研究；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with congenital digestive tract malformations and congenital genetic metabolic diseases;
2.Death within 24 hours of birth;
3.Is participating in a clinical intervention study;
