研究目的：

本研究通过数字化模型在三维方向上定位牙齿的移动，记录并分析正畸术后即行临时贴面修复治疗对患者上颌切牙位置的保持效果，比较两组患者二次正畸率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study recorded and analyzed the effect of temporary veneer restoration treatment on maintaining the position of maxillary incisors in patients after orthodontic surgery through a digital model to locate the movement of teeth in the three-dimensional direction, and compared the secondary orthodontic rates between two groups of patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.行正畸治疗的身体健康的成年患者（≥18岁）； 2.主诉为改善前牙美观, 美学及咬合功能要求较高， 3.拒绝单纯正畸或单纯修复治疗； 4.Bolton比不调； 5.上切牙间隙； 6.非拔牙病例； 7.仅做切牙贴面修复治疗； 8.牙周健康，无牙齿松动； 9.患者资料完整； 10.正畸治疗后达到覆合覆盖正常，磨牙关系中性； 11.同一术者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy adult patients undergoing orthodontic treatment (>= 18 years old); 2.The main complaint is to improve the aesthetic appearance of anterior teeth, Aesthetics and occlusal function requirements are high; 3.Refusing orthodontic or prosthodontic treatment only; 4.Bolton index discrepancy; 5.Upper incisor spaces; 6.Non extraction cases; 7.Veneer restoration treatment for only incisors; 8.Healthy periodontium, no loose teeth; 9.Complete patients‘ information; 10.Normal overjet and overbite and neutral molar relationship after orthodontic treatment; 11.Same orthodontist;

排除标准：

1.上颌窦炎、鼻窦炎等炎症；
2.综合征性唇腭裂；
3.全身系统性疾病；
4.拔牙病例；
5.接受单纯正畸或单纯修复治疗改善；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Maxillary sinusitis and sinusitis, etc.
2.Syndromic Cleft lip and palate;
3.Systemic diseases;
4.Extraction cases;
5.Accept orthodontic or prosthodontic treatment only;
