Objectives of Study：

The study aims to evaluate the impact of Pain Neuroscience Education on patients with chronic shoulder pain, focusing on improvements in pain perception, functional recovery, and quality of life. Through education, the goal is to help patients understand the physiological and psychological mechanisms of pain, enhancing their ability to self-manage pain. The study also seeks to assess the effectiveness of different educational approaches to identify the most suitable rehabilitation strategies for patients with chronic shoulder pain.

纳入标准：

①18-75岁；②肩关节慢性疼痛3个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-75 years; 2.Chronic shoulder pain for more than 3 months.

排除标准：

①年龄＞75岁；②伴有骨折；③认知理解障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age > 75 years; 2.Accompanied by fractures; 3.Cognitive or comprehension impairment.
