研究目的：

验证经皮穴位电刺激（TEAS）是辅助治疗原发性高血压的非药物性干预措施。将TEAS引入社区、家庭，作为原发性高血压人群的居家保健手段。  

Objectives of Study：

Confirm that Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation (TEAS) constitutes a non-pharmacological intervention approach for aiding in the treatment of essential hypertension. Incorporate TEAS into communities and families as a home-based healthcare modality for the population suffering from essential hypertension.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.参照《中国高血压防治指南》（2018年修订版本）中原发性高血压的诊断标准； 2.18岁≤年龄≤80 岁，男女均可； 3.对该临床研究意义认识正确，对研究人员的观察和评价有良好的依从性； 4.受试者本人签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension outlined in the Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension (2018 revision); 2. 18 years old <= age <=80 years old, both male and female are acceptable; 3. Demonstrating proper understanding of this clinical study's purpose, and exhibiting good compliance to the researchers' observations and evaluations; 4. The subjects should signe their informed consents personally;

排除标准：

1.继发性高血压；
2.合并肝、肾、消化、内分泌、造血系统等严重原发性疾病或并发症者；
3.合并已确诊的癫痫、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征等；
4.精神病患者以及精神高度焦虑抑郁患者；
5.体内已经安装金属类支架、起搏器等医疗器械的；
6.妊娠、哺乳期妇女、未采取避孕措施的近半年有生育要求的妇女；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Patients with severe primary diseases or complications involving the liver, kidneys, digestive system, endocrine system, hematopoietic system, etc. 3. Patients diagnosed with epilepsy, obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS), or similar conditions; 4. Patients with psychiatric disorders or those exhibiting severe anxiety or depression; 5. Patients who have implanted metallic stents, pacemakers, or other medical devices; 6. Pregnant or lactating women, as well as women who have not used contraception and plan to conceive within the next six months;
