研究目的：

（1）调查重症护士对呼吸力学指导精准ICU护理措施的知信行现状； （2）基于循证构建呼吸力学导向的ICU机械通气患者肺不张护理风险管理方案构建； （3）验证方案的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

( 1 ) To investigate the status of knowledge, attitude and practice of ICU nurses on respiratory mechanics-guided precise ICU nursing measures ; ( 2 ) Based on evidence-based construction of respiratory mechanics-oriented nursing risk management program for atelectasis in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation ; ( 3 ) Verify the effectiveness of the scheme.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

第一阶段（准备阶段）：知信行调查 ①在ICU工作满6个月的护士； ②有一定的机械通气患者护理经验。 第二阶段（临床干预阶段）：随机对照实验 ①年龄>=18岁； ②ICU机械通气治疗时间>=48h。

Inclusion criteria

Stage 1 (Preparatory Stage): Knowledge, Belief and Action Investigation (1) Nurses who have worked in the ICU for 6 months; (2) Have certain experience in the nursing of patients on mechanical ventilation. Phase II (Clinical Intervention Phase): Randomized controlled trial (1) Age>=18 years; (2) The duration of mechanical ventilation treatment in ICU >=48h.

排除标准：

第一阶段（准备阶段）：知信行调查 ①不愿意参加研究的护士； ②调查期间在休假、外出进修等不在岗护士；进修、实习护士。 第二阶段（临床干预阶段）：随机对照实验 ①入住ICU前已经发生肺不张； ②入住ICU后24内因病情危重发生肺不张； ③进行特殊治疗者； ④妊娠期妇女； ⑤严重肺部疾病，肿瘤、重症肺炎等。

Exclusion criteria：

Stage 1 (Preparatory Stage): Knowledge, Belief and Action Investigation (1) Nurses who are unwilling to participate in the study; (2) Nurses who are absent from work during the investigation period, such as on leave or going out for further study; Trainee and trainee nurses. Phase II (Clinical Intervention Phase): Randomized controlled trial (1) Atelectasis has occurred before admission to ICU; (2) atelectasis due to critical illness within 24 days after admission to the ICU; (3) Those who undergo special treatment; (4) pregnant women; (5) Severe lung diseases, tumors, severe pneumonia, etc.
