研究目的：

评价粪菌移植治疗儿童孤独症谱系障碍患者的疗效和安全性：（原有治疗的基础上）加用菌群移植治疗，观察粪菌移植治疗对患者的肠道微生态的影响，阐述肠道菌群丰度与儿童孤独症谱系障碍患者症状改善的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluation of the efficacy and safety of fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) in children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD): To investigate the effects of FMT (administered in combination with existing therapies) on gut microbiota composition, and to elucidate the correlation between microbial abundance and symptom improvement in pediatric ASD patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.筛选时，年龄<=14岁，男女不限。 2.基线时，符合美国《体检精神障碍诊断和统计手册》第五版（DSM-Ⅴ）标准：(1)儿童孤独症评定量表（CARS）>= 30分；(2)自闭症行为量表（ABC）总分>=67分。 3.患者的监护人签署知情同意书，同意研究者采集临床资料和外周血，粪便等样本。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria: Age <=14 years at screening, both genders accepted. 2. Baseline diagnosis meeting the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5) criteria for autism spectrum disorder (ASD): Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS) score >= 30; Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC) total score >= 67. 3. Legal guardian must provide signed informed consent for clinical data collection and biospecimen sampling (e.g., peripheral blood, fecal samples).

排除标准：

1.已知的对本研究涉及的药物任何成分过敏； 2.明确诊断为瑞特综合症（Rett syndrome, RTT）； 3.有明确脑外伤、脑瘫、脑炎等脑部器质性疾病史； 4.近1周内使用益生菌、抗生素、抑酸剂等影响肠道菌群药物者； 5.存在肠道器质性病变如先天性巨结肠、肠梗阻、肠套叠与发育障碍有关的遗传病等； 6.发育商(DQ)评分<35； 7.正在参加影响本研究结果评价的其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Known allergy to any component of the investigational drug; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of Rett syndrome (RTT); 3. History of organic brain diseases (e.g., traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, encephalitis); 4. Use of medications affecting gut microbiota (e.g., probiotics, antibiotics, acid suppressants) within the past week; 5. Presence of gastrointestinal organic pathologies (e.g., Hirschsprung's disease, intestinal obstruction, intussusception) or genetic disorders associated with developmental abnormalities; 6. Developmental Quotient (DQ) score <35; 7. Concurrent participation in other clinical trials that may interfere with outcome assessment.
