研究目的：

探究痤疮人群和健康人群面部微生态特征。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the facial microbiome characteristics of acne and healthy people.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.痤疮分级属于中度者，痤疮国际分类法Ⅱ-Ⅲ级； 2.年龄16~35岁，性别不限，对市售化妆产品无过敏史； 3.患者及其家属对本研究知情并签署知情同意书； 4.自愿参加本试验，能按时参加试验复查并能完成整个试验步骤； 5.愿意填写知情同意书及提供个人病史； 6.在试验期间不使用祛痘产品等影响指标观察治疗。

Inclusion criteria

1. Acne grade belongs to moderate, acne International Classification II-III; 2.Age 16~35 years old, gender unlimited, no history of allergy to commercial cosmetic products; 3. Patients and their family members were informed of this study and signed informed consent; 4. Voluntarily participate in the test, be able to participate in the test review on time and complete the whole test steps; 5. Willing to fill in informed consent and provide personal medical history; 6. During the trial, no acne products and other influence indicators were used to observe treatment.

排除标准：

1.治疗前2周内使用过治疗痤疮的药物； 2.具有特异性皮炎、皮藓、疤痕、以及皮肤真菌感染任一一项； 3.长期使用具有抗菌活性的清洁产品； 4.无法配合完成研究者； 5.国际分类法为Ⅰ、Ⅳ级，严重的聚合型痤疮、其他皮肤病的患者或诊断为药物性痤疮或职业性痤疮患者； 6.正在参加其他有关临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Used acne medication within 2 weeks prior to treatment; 2.Have any one of specific dermatitis, dermosis, scar, and skin fungal infection; 3.Long-term use of cleaning products with antibacterial activity; 4. Unable to cooperate with the completed researcher; 5. The international classification is I, IV, patients with severe aggregated acne, other skin diseases or patients diagnosed as pharmaceutical acne or occupational acne; 6.Patients who are participating in other relevant clinical trials.
