研究目的：

本项目通过采用半卧位体位改善患者因自身疾病引起的呼吸不畅，提高心脏疾病患者在CMR检查过程中的呼吸配合耐受性，提升检查患者的配合度及图像质量，减少因呼吸伪影导致的诊断误差。从而为临床心脏疾病患者的诊断和治疗提供更多支持  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to improve the breathing discomfort caused by patients' own diseases by adopting a semi-recumbent position, enhance the respiratory cooperation tolerance of heart disease patients during CMR examinations, increase the patients' cooperation and image quality, and reduce diagnostic errors caused by respiratory artifacts. Thus, it provides more support for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical heart disease patients.

纳入标准：

经心内科医生怀疑心脏疾病且大于18岁的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients >=18 years of age who have been suspected of heart disease by a cardiologist

排除标准：

（1）具有磁共振检查禁忌症而无法检查患者； （2）因其他因素导致的图像伪影而无法诊断； （3）因患者本身原因无法完成检查。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who have contraindications for MRI and are unable to undergo the examination; (2) Cases where image artifacts caused by other factors prevent diagnosis; (3) Patients who are unable to complete the examination due to their own conditions.
