研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨HPSE与MIRI的相关性，并通过动物实验和临床试验相结合的方式，验证HPSE在MIRI中的作用及其作为预测MIRI程度和远期预后的潜在生物标志物的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the correlation between heparanase (HPSE) and myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (MIRI), and to validate the role of HPSE in MIRI as well as its feasibility as a potential biomarker for predicting the severity and long-term prognosis of MIRI through a combination of animal experiments and clinical trials.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

实验组（急性冠脉闭塞再通患者） 1.符合急性冠脉闭塞的诊断标准 2.急诊PCI显示：至少1支主支血管完全闭塞（TIMI血流0级）。 3.急诊PCI术后，完全闭塞血管再通，血流恢复至TIMI 1～3级。 4.患者或家属签署知情同意书，自愿参与研究。 对照组（冠脉造影血流动力学参数正常者） 1.冠脉造影显示无明显狭窄（狭窄程度<30%）且TIMI血流3级。 2.无心肌梗死病史或其他严重心血管疾病。 3.患者签署知情同意书，自愿参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

Experimental Group (Patients with Acute Coronary Occlusion Undergoing Reperfusion) 1. Meeting diagnostic criteria for acute coronary occlusion. 2. Emergency PCI confirmed at least one major coronary artery with complete occlusion (TIMI flow grade 0). 3. Successful reperfusion post-emergency PCI with restored TIMI flow grade 1–3 in the occluded vessel. 4. Patients or their legal guardians provided written informed consent for study participation. Control Group (Individuals with Normal Hemodynamic Parameters on Coronary Angiography) 1. Coronary angiography showing no significant stenosis (luminal stenosis <30%) and TIMI flow grade 3. 2. No history of myocardial infarction or other severe cardiovascular diseases. 3. Patients provided written informed consent for study participation.

排除标准：

1.严重的心血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤。 2.对试验药物或相关药物过敏，近期使用过可能影响HPSE水平的药物。 3.近期接受过PCI或其他心脏手术。 4.妊娠或哺乳期妇女、精神或神经系统疾病、无法配合完成研究。 符合其中一项即排除。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria included any of the following: 1. Severe cardiovascular diseases, hepatic or renal dysfunction, malignant tumors. 2. Hypersensitivity to the investigational drug or related medications, or recent use of drugs that may affect HPSE levels. 3. Recent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) or other cardiac surgeries. 4. Pregnancy or lactation, psychiatric or neurological disorders, or inability to cooperate and complete the study. Participants meeting any one of the above criteria were excluded.
