研究目的：

本研究拟分析国产自适应调速腔镜吻合器与对照组进口吻合器的吻合口相关并发症发生率，及不同亚组（肌少症组等）患者中吻合口并发症发生情况（出血、漏、狭窄等）的差异，总结国产自适应调速腔镜吻合器临床应用的经验和技巧，深入研究结直肠肿瘤微创手术围手术期吻合并发症的预防策略。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to compare the incidence of anastomosis-related complications (e.g., bleeding, leakage, stenosis) between a China-developed self-adaptive speed-regulating endoscopic stapler and imported staplers (control group), with subgroup analyses (e.g., sarcopenia group). We will further summarize the clinical experience with this domestically produced stapler and investigate preventive strategies for perioperative anastomotic complications in minimally invasive colorectal cancer surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁，男女不限；
2.病理诊断为结直肠癌；
3.适合限期腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术；
4.术前腹部 CT 影像完整；
5.患者或其监护人能够理解试验目的，自愿参加并签署书面知情同意书，能接受随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18-80 years, no gender restrictions. 2. The pathological diagnosis was colorectal cancer. 3. It is suitable for limited laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer. 4. Preoperative abdominal CT images were intact. 5. Patients or their guardians understood the purpose of the trial, voluntarily participated, provided written informed consent, and were available for follow-up.

排除标准：

1.远处转移；
2.合并其他原发恶性肿瘤；
3.心、肺、肾功能衰竭，各种出 血性疾病或急性传染病，佩戴心脏起搏器或心脏病术后恢复期，肝功能障碍：Child-Pugh评级 为C等；
4.肿瘤破裂大出血或肠梗阻、肠穿孔需急诊手术；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Distant metastasis. 2. Combined with other primary malignant tumors; 3. Heart, lung, kidney failure, various hemorrhagic diseases or acute infectious diseases, wearing cardiac pacemaker or recovery period after cardiac surgery, liver dysfunction: Child-Pugh grade C, etc.; 4. Tumor rupture and massive bleeding or intestinal obstruction or perforation require emergency surgery.
