研究EGJ形态与RRE的相关性及对抑酸治疗效果的影响  

Objectives of Study：

We investigated the correlation between EGJ morphology and RRE and its effect on the effect of acid suppression therapy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

入组2023年3月-2024年8月就诊于萍乡市人民医院的反流性食管炎患者，行高分辨食管测压后服用8周富马酸伏诺拉抑酸治疗。通过问gerdＱ量表评估症状缓解情况将患者分为难治性及非难治性反流食管炎，并分析EGJ形态与其关系。对难治性反流性食管炎的患者，行24小时食管PH阻抗检测，分析抑酸效果与EGJ分型关系。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The 20232024 were admitted to the Pingxiang People's Hospital in april-august. Patients with reflux esophagitis received high-resolution esophageal manometry followed by 8 weeks of treatment with Voronora fumarate. Patients were divided into refractory and non-refractory reflux esophagitis by asking GERDQ scale to evaluate symptom relief, and the relationship between EGJ morphology and it was analyzed. Patients with refractory reflux esophagitis were detected by 24-hour esophageal PH impedance, and the relationship between acid suppression effect and EGJ type was analyzed. 

纳入标准：

1、既往诊断胃食管反流病，并经PPI治疗后效果不佳，病情反复且同意完善食管测压及胃镜排除其他疾病者； 2、年龄18-75岁，一般心肺情况正常能够配合完成食管高分辨食管测压及24小时PH阻抗检测； 3、能够配合治疗并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Previous diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) with poor response to proton pump inhibitor (PPI) treatment, recurrent symptoms, and willingness to undergo esophageal manometry and gastroscopy to rule out other diseases; 2. Age 18-75 years, with normal general cardiac and pulmonary conditions and the ability to complete high-resolution esophageal manometry and 24-hour pH impedance testing. 3. Be able to cooperate with treatment and sign informed consent forms.

排除标准：

1、合并有其他食管动力障碍疾病； 2、心肺脑功能情况差，存在活动性消化性溃疡、高血压、冠心病等无法配合治疗者； 3、存在精神神经疾病及过度焦虑、抑郁患者； 4、孕产妇； 5、基于受试者安全经研究者判定无法入组者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Achalasia; 2. Poor cardiac, pulmonary, or cerebral function, presence of active peptic ulcers, hypertension, coronary heart disease, or other conditions that would prevent cooperation with treatment; 3. Presence of psychiatric or neurological disorders, or patients with excessive anxiety or depression; 4. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5. Individuals deemed ineligible by the investigators for safety reasons.
