研究目的：

1.向癫痫患者普及癫痫相关知识，提高癫痫患者的生活质量，降低疾病负担。2.探索互联网医院癫痫随访和癫痫门诊随访，在癫痫患者生活质量改变上的差异。3.探索进行癫痫健康教育后，癫痫患者的生活质量、癫痫控制情况的变化。4.探索影响癫痫患者生活质量的影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Promote epilepsy-related knowledge to epilepsy patients, improve their quality of life, and reduce the disease burden. 2. Explore the differences in the changes in the quality of life of epilepsy patients between follow-up care at internet hospitals and outpatient follow-up care. 3. Explore the changes in the quality of life and epilepsy control after providing epilepsy health education to patients. 4. Explore the factors that affect the quality of life of epilepsy patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.癫痫患者年龄大于18岁； 2.既往有明确诊断为癫痫疾病的病史； 3.良好的个人行为能力，能够独立思考并仔细阅读理解量表的内容且能够配合完成量表的填写； 4.患者及患者家属知情同意该研究的目的及意义，并同意将相关统计数据用于科学研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Epilepsy patients aged over 18 years old; 2.A clear history of a diagnosed epilepsy disease; Goo3.d personal behavior ability, capable of independent thinking, carefully reading and understanding the contents of the scale, and able to cooperate in completing the scale; 4.The patient and their family members are informed of and consent to the purpose and significance of the study and agree to use the relevant statistical data for scientific research.

排除标准：

1.存在精神行为异常，既往有明确诊断的精神疾病病史； 2.近期遭受严重创伤(如严重家庭变故、近期接受外科手术等)； 3.存在其他可能影响生活质量的疾病(如恶性肿瘤、脑卒中等)。 4.难治性癫痫患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Presence of mental or behavioral abnormalities, or a history of diagnosed mental disorders; 2.Recent severe trauma (e.g., major family changes, recent surgical operations, etc.); 3.Presence of other diseases that may affect quality of life (e.g., malignant tumors, stroke, etc.); 4.Refractory epilepsy patients.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

填写CRF表并进行数据的填写。 双人录入原则：建立数据库后，对相应的变量设置取值范围、跳项、变量宽度、变量类型、小数点位数、必录项和重复录入等。有2人在不知道分组的情况下分别在不同计算机上录入后，进行一致性检验，发现错误后核查原始数据表并修改，直至两个数据库达到一致，锁定最终的数据库。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Fill in the CRF form and fill in the data. The principle of double entry: after the database is established, set the value range, jump item, variable width, variable type, decimal places, required items, and repeated entry for the corresponding variables. Two persons, without knowing the grouping, entered the data on different computers, and then checked the consistency. After finding errors, the original data table was checked and modified until the two databases were consistent, and the final database was locked.
