研究目的：

构建一个更全面、更具临床应用价值的肺癌患者营养不良风险预测模型，为肺癌患者VATS手术后的营养管理提供更精确、更具针对性的预测工具。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to construct a comprehensive and highly clinically applicable risk prediction model for malnutrition in lung cancer patients. This model will provide a precise and highly targeted prediction tool for the nutritional management of lung cancer patients after video - assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS), enabling clinical doctors to more effectively formulate personalized nutritional intervention plans and improve the quality of postoperative rehabilitation and the living standards of patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.接受了胸腔镜肺切除手术（VATS）； 2.术后病理诊断为肺癌（根据AJCC第8版TNM分期）； 3.有完整的临床资料和实验室检查数据。

Inclusion criteria

1. Have undergone video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) for pulmonary resection; 2. Have been pathologically diagnosed with lung cancer postoperatively (in accordance with the 8th edition of the AJCC TNM staging system ); 3. Have complete clinical data and laboratory examination results.

排除标准：

1.合并其他原发性恶性肿瘤； 2.术前已发生营养不良； 3.术前已行放疗、化疗、新辅助治疗或靶向治疗； 4.术中发生严重并发症导致手术方案显著改变（如中转开胸）； 5.合并严重的心脑肾等其他脏器器质性病变或功能不全。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other primary malignant tumors; 2. Suffered from malnutrition before the operation; 3. Had received radiotherapy, chemotherapy, neoadjuvant therapy or targeted therapy before the operation; 4. Experienced serious complications during the operation, leading to significant changes in the surgical plan (such as conversion to thoracotomy); 5. Combined with severe organic lesions or functional insufficiency of other organs such as the heart, brain and kidneys.

营养不良评估流程说明 患者入院24小时内需完成NRS2002营养风险筛查，通过疾病严重程度、营养状态及年龄综合评分（总分≥3分者进入下一步）。确诊采用GLIM标准，须同时符合至少1项表型指标（BMI异常、非自主性体重丢失或肌肉量减少）和1项病因指标（摄食不足、炎症或疾病负担）。
